"In Kharkiv, the metro has stopped. The railway won’t work. That’s the result. That’s the outcome of what is happening—and what must continue to happen until the complete destruction of the energy system."

Listen, when you started shooting at me, you stopped being one people with me. Understand that, please. Next, when we find ourselves in situations—like when you and Maksym argue about who launched what, whether it was these or those missiles—I don’t care. I genuinely don’t care. For me, it’s clear enough.
When Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) announces that it has to switch to diesel locomotives, I hope the next step is steam engines, then handcars, and finally horse-drawn wagons. That would be perfect. That would be right. Then tanks won’t reach the front line. Then ammunition won’t arrive, and the conflict won’t escalate. Then people won’t be killed in Donbas. Then Kherson won’t be shelled. That’s what should happen.
How many strikes? How much damage? I don’t care. How much they twisted or manipulated—44 or 54, it doesn’t matter at all. I truly don’t care. I see they’re lying at every step. Every statement contains a lie. And only by those lies can I understand when they’re not lying—like when they tell their own population: "Folks, there will be no electricity in Vinnytsia, Kherson, Kharkiv, or Kyiv." In Kharkiv, the metro has stopped. The railway won’t work. That’s the result. That’s the outcome of what is happening—and what must continue to happen until the complete destruction of the energy system. Because the energy system is entirely devoted to the war effort. It has been fully militarized.
Is the Ukrainian people suffering? Yes, they are. It’s a tragedy that the Ukrainian people suffer from this. But they’ve done nothing to rid themselves of the people who dragged them into this situation. That’s the whole point.
Same with the grain deal. Now Ukraine has decided to cross the line again. They always leaned that way in negotiations. I’ve faced this constantly. Name a red line—Ukraine will cross it tomorrow. Absolutely. That’s exactly what they’ll do.
We agreed on the grain deal, and Ukraine struck one of the escorting minesweepers. They didn’t expect retaliation. They hoped the Americans would crush the Russians and make them swallow it. Make them pretend it didn’t happen, force them down the path Washington laid out—because Ukrainians truly believe. They found their god. Their god is in Washington. They pray to that god. They say: this god will save us from everything.
Therefore, in this situation, regarding the grain deal, Russia has no reason to honor any obligations. That's it. Ukraine broke its obligations.
And the next question is: why should the ports of Odesa, from which the attack was launched, be allowed to operate? Why? Why should ships traveling through the grain corridor be under some kind of security immunity—ships from which drones were launched? Why, exactly?
Who’s going to guarantee that? And again, why should Ukraine be receiving money from this deal at all? Ukraine, which spends 80% of its budget on war, on killing our people. Why should it be allowed to do that?
